Shearing Machine

This machine is required for cutting size body blanks & top bottom blanks from a sheet or a coil. 

Double Edge Grinder

Edge grinding is a very special operation in manufacturing of drums & barrels, because some amount of materials is to be removed from the edges of the body which gives extra streangth to weld & a leak proof joint.

Pinch Type Bending Roller

This machine serves to roll all types of drum / barrel body and cashes in on high output. This machine is easy to operate & fast to adjust & run on Gun metal bearings.

Spot Welding Machine

It is used in giving welding spots before seam welding operations. Also used in welding handles.

Seam Welding Machine

 Used for side seaming full length of the hollow drum & barrel body. Heavy duty transformer is used as a main power source for contineous welding operations.

Vertical Double Ended bump flanging machine

The machine puts the drum body to insert the forming mould plate. They move front & back togeather to form the flange directly. Flanging precision is perfect for spiral, five fold tripple open mouth. It is proper to use cold rolling steel plate hydraulic driving. Unit power 7.5 KW.

Bead Expander (Hydraulic)

This machine gives beading to the drum / barrel. This bead gives extra strength to the body cell. Normal unskilled operator can also operate this machine.

Currogator Machines

This machine gives gurrogation to the drum / barrel. This multi currogation machine is suitable for various diameters.

Pre curling Machine

Semi Automatic types where the component is placed on the table & chuck will come out, carry the component & start rotating.

Semi Automatic Drum Seaming Machine

This machine will seam barrels. A double cone clutch and brake is fitted to enable accurate registration of the filling and vent holes in drum body and top to be maintained. But the machine may be set so that the chuck runs continuously thereby increasing the output.

Paint booth Wter Flushing

Horizontal rotating barrels on roller. Colour painting with manually operated hand held air guns. We provide 20 litre tanks & guns of pneumatic control for ejecting.

Painting Drying Oven

Stationary oven having insulated wall roof with both sides opening for charges & discharges with internally exhaust fans. Custom made length for effective baking & cooling process.
